NJGC enters some of its members to play in the Tidewater Youth Golf Tournament at Portsmouth City Links. Everyone had a great time and our very own Trey Valentine won as the over medallist. He shot a 36 for 9 holes. Way to go Trey!

NJGC launches it's very own website to keep members informed. It will also be a very valuable tool for future information as NJGC grows bigger every year.

NJGC is invited to participate in the "Tiger Woods Foundation" Junior Clinic at Ocean View Golf Course. The whole NJGC group participates and has a very memorable experience. The NJGC receives ,750.00 from the TW foundation to keep these kids in the game. A huge thanks goes out to Mr. Woods and his organization.

Check out the latest with NJGC! June 24, 2002 NJGC member Trey Valentine will go to US Kids World Championships! Sudden Death Playoff forces Trey into 1st PLACE! After a grueling 9 Hole round of golf, Trey edged out his top opponent in a sudden death playoff. Trey, who was matched by Bryce with a 37 for 9 holes, turned the friendly match into a war of strokes. In the end, Trey played the par 3 hole perfectly and won the hole. Trey now advances to the US Kids World Championships to be held in Williamsburg, Virginia this August. Congratulations Trey! Meet the NJGC Instructors who spend countless hours helping these youth improve their golf game and encourage proper golf etiquette.
